Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website.

This policy covers bridgetaxadvisors.com and The Bridge Letter. Information you give us as a client is handled under your engagement letter and the laws that apply to tax return preparers, including Internal Revenue Code §7216.

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Information you give us

  • The Bridge Letter. If you subscribe, you give us your email address through a signup form provided by beehiiv, the service that sends The Bridge Letter. You are added only after you confirm from the email beehiiv sends you. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. The Bridge Letter signup form is provided by beehiiv and may store a small cookie in your browser after you subscribe, including information about how you reached the signup form.
  • Scheduling a call. Our scheduling links open Calendly. The details you enter there are shared with Calendly and with us.
  • Calling us. If you call, we receive what you tell us and, unless it is blocked, the number you call from.
  • Our client portal. “Client Login” and, during tax season, “Start online” open Bridge's client portal on TaxDome. What you provide there is part of your client relationship.

The website itself has no other forms.

Other companies' services

Parts of this website are provided by other companies under their own privacy policies: beehiiv (The Bridge Letter), Calendly (scheduling), TaxDome (client portal), Google (the reviews quoted on and linked from the site) and Facebook and Instagram (links to our pages there).

When a page loads content from another company's servers, that company receives the technical information your browser sends with the request, such as your IP address.

How we use it

To respond to you, hold the calls you schedule, send The Bridge Letter to subscribers who have confirmed, and provide the services you engage us for.

Social Security number protection

Bridge collects Social Security numbers in the course of preparing returns and providing tax services. Bridge protects the confidentiality of Social Security numbers, prohibits their unlawful disclosure, and limits access to them to the people who need them for that work.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
